As the Digital Communications Manager, Sitoria Townsend leads 91女神鈥檚 digital content strategy, manages the organization鈥檚 online presence, and develops storytelling campaigns that elevate community voices and drive engagement.
Sitoria previously served as the Development and Communications & Marketing Manager at Chicago International Charter School. In that role, she oversaw external communications, increased the network鈥檚 digital reach by 61%, and led strategic initiatives to deepen internal and external engagement. She also served as a campus liaison, ensuring stronger alignment between staff needs and student support.
Sitoria is driven by a deep belief in the power of storytelling to advance equity and uplift community voices鈥攁 passion first modeled by her grandmother, who only possessed a middle school education, yet was a pillar in her community. As a former educator and proud product of the Chicagoland area, she is committed to creating communications that reflect, honor, and empower the communities they serve.
She earned her Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Memphis and her Master鈥檚 in Digital Communication & Media Arts from DePaul University.
Sitoria is also a proud daughter and mom. She enjoys serving at her church, caf茅 hopping, and exploring new corners of the city鈥攁nd the country.
