Mario Caire

Mario Caire is a part-time lecturer in the Intelligence and National Security Studies program within the Department of Crominal Justice at the 91女神 of Texas at El paso (UTEP). He holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UTEP (2003 and 2012, respectively) and a BA in Psychology with a miner in English from the 91女神 of Texas at Austin (1992).
Dr. Caire serves as Assistant Director for Research Protections in UTEP's Research & Innovation division and is the 91女神 Research Security Officer and Joint Certification Program Data Custodian. He has also held positions including System Analyst for UTEP's Institute for Policy and Economic Development.
He has taught a broad range of courses at UTEP, Webster 91女神 at Fort Bliss, St. Edward's 91女神 in Austin Texas, and El Paso Community College. His teaching spans topics such as Cybersecurity, Digital Crime and Terrorism, Big Data, Educational Technologies, Web Design, IT Project Management, Java Programming, Unix, Networking, Mathematics, and English.
